A message from Planning Committee Co-Chairs:

On behalf of the planning committee, we are pleased to introduce you to the 2019 PASAE Educational Summit and Expo.  Due to the great lessons that were learned, Gettysburg has become a historic study in leadership.  We invite you to join us at the 2019 PASAE Summit and Expo and visit the past to Connect, Communicate, Collaborate and prepare your team for the future.

Association success can be achieved through people connecting, communicating and collaborating on the goals to move associations into the future.  Together, our committee has provided a program for your entire organization with skills and strategies needed to navigate the association battlefields.  We encourage you to bring your full team to the Wyndham Gettysburg to network and experience first-hand the great slate of speakers and topics being offered.

Please mark your calendar. We look forward to seeing you March 14-15, 2019 in Gettysburg.

Ways to Engage and Win

PASAE, the organizing committee, and our exhibitors want to help you get the most out of your conference attendance by helping you connect in more ways throughout the Educational Summit. The committee has created several opportunities for you to make these connections during the conference. Each time you participate in one of these actions, you’ll be rewarded with a ticket for prize drawings* at the end of the Closing Keynote Luncheon.

Here are the seven ways to engage:

  1. Expo Game – Visit specific exhibitors, turn in your game piece, and receive a ticket.
  2. Community Service Project – Bring items to donate to Hospice of Central PA and receive a ticket.
  3. Speed Networking Appointments – Sign up and participate in the networking appoints to receive 2 tickets.
  4. Educational Session Engagement – Ask that question. Speakers have tickets to award attendees that participate with outstanding questions.
  5. Social Media – Tweet or post to Twitter, Instagram or Facebook using #PASAESummit19 to receive one ticket per format used each day.
  6. 1st Time or Lapsed Attendee – Is it your first time attending or you haven’t attended in over 5 years? Congratulations! You automatically get a ticket.
  7. The More the Merrier – Bring 3 or more attendees from your organization and you each receive 1 ticket.

*These prize drawings are separate from booth prizes determined by exhibitors. Only association executives are eligible to win tickets and prizes.
