The PASAE Educationa l Summit and Expo is open to association and association management company professionals, consultants, federal/state/local government employees, high er education professionals, corporate meeting planners, and attorneys. Meet ing registration is only open to those industry suppliers who exhibit. Exceptions are made only for PASAE Board of Directors, speakers, a nd committee members whose committee is meeting in person during the PASAE Educational Summit and Expo. This ensures a high buyer/supplier ratio. No o ne under the age of 18 may enter the exhibit hall at any time. PASAE reserv es the right to refuse ineligible registrations.
All registrations are reviewed to ensure they meet PASAE eligi bility policies. PASAE reserves the right to refuse or cancel all ineligibl e registrations at any time and shall not be held accountable for any outsi de fees associated with this cancellation. Please refer to the specific Eli gibility Policy above.
Use of a discount code is only valid at the time of the initial purchase/registrati on. Refunds will not be authorized for existing registrations where the spe cial offer was received after the initial purchase. Discount codes cannot b e applied to already reduced/discounted registrations. Limit one special of fer/discount code per registration.
All
registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by J
anuary 26, 2018. A refund of the full conference fee, minus a $25 administr
ative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refund
s will be granted for requests postmarked after January 26, 2018. Submit al
l requests to PASAE Registration via email at info@pasae.org. PASAE regrets that refunds will not be given for no-
shows. All requests for exceptions to the cancellation/refund policy must b
e submitted in writing by the registrant with appropriate documentation no
later than February 14, 2018. After that time, no refund considerations wil
l be made. Substitutions within this program are gladly accepted. A substit
ution of your full registration is permitted prior to the conference by sub
mitting a written request to info@pasae.org
. Onsite transfers must be accompanied by proof of the original confirm
ation letter. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. T
he individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all fi
nancial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Badge sharing, splitting, and reprints are strictly prohibited.<
