The PASAE Foundation was created to complement PASAE’s support of Pennsylvania’s association community.
Twice a year, the Foundation awards scholarships up to $500 to individuals pursuing an academic degree or continuing education, including costs associated with professional certification such CAE/CMP. Scholarship awards are paid directly to the institution or the sponsoring organization.
To be considered for a scholarship award, individuals must meet the following criteria:
- Employed by a PASAE member organization
- Minimum one year of association management experience
A limited number of scholarships are available. Applications are judged based on pertinence of education/training to association management profession, as well the level of as involvement and activities with PASAE and any community or professional organizations. Priority is given to new applicants. PASAE Foundation Directors and PASAE management staff are not eligible.
Scholarships will be awarded twice a year, and announced at the June and December PASAE meetings. To be considered for a scholarship, the application must be submitted by:
- May 1
- November 1
