Job Title: Academy Manager - Enola Pennsylvania

 Job Description:  Responsibilities include general direction and supervision of a Municipal Government Leadership/Training Academy to include oversight of curriculum development, scheduling, marketing and promotion as well as fundraising.  Additionally, conduct needs assessments of local government clients, establish project timelines and budget, track expenditures and produce progress reports.  Also research training program models, identify instructors and coordinate professional development to insure program integrity and program delivery.  Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

 Requirements and Qualifications: A combination of education and experience that indicate you meet the skills required to perform the duties described above. Degree preferred.

Knowledge of project management, training principles, instructional methods and training techniques, local government structure, English language structure, presentation skills, multi-media equipment proficiency.

 Working Conditions:

Base work week will be Monday through Friday 8:30-4:30. This is subject to change as work assignments may require adjustments in schedule Available for weekend and evening work, available on short notice, able to lift 50 pounds. Valid current driver’s license.
