bout the Presenter
Marty Martin is a Professor in the Department of Management &
Entrepreneurship at DePaul University and Research & Innovation Fellow.
In these roles, he leads a portfolio of degree programs and an innovation
fund for the University. He also serves on numerous boards nationally and i
n his community.
Marty’s prior experience includes senior positi
ons at The Johns Hopkins Hospital, Tulane Hospital & Clinics, and The N
ational Institute for Occupational Safety & Health where he drives chan
ge in human resources, occupational safety and health, and DEI.
Marty has a BS in Biology from the Xavier University of Louisiana, PsyD/MPH
in clinical health psychology and later earned a MSc in Behavioral Sleep M
edicine.
His publications include three books, 150 plus peer rev
iew publications and numerous book chapters. He is completing his latest bo
ok titled “52 Sleep Tips.”
