Job Title: Executive Director, School Nutrition Association of Pennsylvania The School Nutrition Association of Pennsylvania is seeking qualified candidates for a full time Executive Director vacancy. This organization has a current membership of 1900 (state and national combined) and an annual budget of $500,000. The Executive Director will further the cause of SNAPA in the promotion of child nutrition programs that enhance the health, nutrition and education of all students. The candidate must be personable, able to understand and produce financial reports, have excellent organizational and computer skills and be a motivated self-starter. Requirements: The ideal candidate will have experience in school food service. A degree in Business Management or Marketing is desired. The candidate must display a desired skill of the Legislative Process related to lobbying and influence on legislation. Conference planning and Non-profit organization experience a plus. The position requires experience with QuickBooks. The successful candidate will conduct business from an in-home office. Some travel, some nights and weekend work is necessary. The proposed salary range for this position is $61,000 to $73,000 and it does not provide medical or dental benefits. Position Description: Responsible for member services, accounting, financial administration, meetings, Board and Committee services, marketing, website management, training and trade shows. The Executive Director will work closely with school business and supply industry partners. This candidate will serve as the primary communications liaison to SNA in all areas. Routine Tasks:
