March Taste of Success Webinar: Debriefing to Win – An Introduction Webinar

Presenter/Speaker: Robert “Cujo” Teschner

Presentation Description: Teamwork done right is powerful. Central to teamwork done right is being able to execute team accountability correctly. Accountability practiced without blame or shame. Accountability practiced with a forward-focus, leading to consistent improvement.

High-performance teams understand the power of this kind of accountability, and practice is extremely well. Accountability is truly the glue that keeps a team working together the right way, and through all sorts of disruptions.

Robert “Cujo” Teschner, a St. Louis-based international keynote speaker and leadership trainer knows how to talk about teams and accountability. He was the U.S. Air Force Subject Matter Expert on the practice of team accountability during his time as an instructor at the USAF Fighter Weapons School.

Through this uplifting, motivational talk, Cujo will teach what it is that allows a group of people to transform into a team. He’ll teach the “Teamwork Operating System” used by front-line high-performance teams to win through disruption. He’ll also teach the tenets of positive, forward-focused accountability practiced by winning teams known as “Debriefing”.

Most importantly, Cujo will explain how it is that we can embrace the process of “Debriefing to Win” to help us in our work. He’ll show that any team can become a high-performance team. In short, Cujo will motivate us to learn to Debrief to Win in the work we’re doing in 2021, helping us to achieve our goals and become stronger in the process!
