The PASAE membership includes association Chief Staff Executives and their leadership teams – meeting planners, membership staff, marketing & communications – all association staff members can benefit from membership. Industry suppliers are also members, including hoteliers, CVB staff, destination representatives, technology providers, and other service providers. Membership Types
Association Membership (see tiers below):
This membership is available to trade, professional, educational, philanthropic or technical associations, Association Management Companies (AMCs), chambers of commerce, foundations, charities, and other similar types of organizations.
Association Membership Tiers
Multiple individuals from the same organization can join as a group and save.
- Tier 1 (one staff person): $200
- Tier 2 (2-4 staff): $350
- Tier 3 (5-10 staff): $450
- Tier 4 (11+ staff): $600
Business/Supplier Membership: $400
This membership is available to organizations/business engaged in selling products, services or facilities to associations.
Professional Membership: $50
This membership is available to individuals who are potential association or business/supplier staff but are currently unemployed, students, or retirees who have previously worked for an association. Membership applications for this member type require approval. Please contact the PASAE membership department at 717-614-4270 to discuss this option.
Sponsor Membership:
This membership is available to any business/supplier that wish to highlight their commitment and support to the industry. Increased visibility and special benefits are provided to sponsor members. More information on sponsorship opportunities can be found here.
